Fjeld Consulting has over two decades of experience working in the US multi-family market and UK residential sectors, including build-to-rent, student accommodation and private rental renting.

In the UK, we’ve created a national vendor base to leverage industry scale and create layers of ancillary income. We excel at building clean, value-enhancing procurement processes before handing them over to internal teams.

Since its inception in 2016, Fjeld Consulting has grown internationally and now looks after units across the UK, Ireland, Spain and Portugal.

Dustin Fjeld, Founder and Managing Director

Prior to founding Fjeld Consulting, Dustin worked as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Services at AMLI Residential in the US. Since starting Fjeld, he has helped save clients millions through process optimisation and standardisation across a range of BTR, PBSA, PRS and Co-living portfolios.

Carlyn Locascio

Carlyn Locascio, Director of Legal Services

Carlyn specialises in contract negotiation and management, ancillary income and the implementation of PropTech across various portfolios. Carlyn also has experience in property acquisitions and dispositions.

Jacob Parkinson

Jacob Parkinson, Finance Operations Manager

Jacob leads Fjeld’s in-house research, working across a wide range of portfolios to identify saving and income opportunities for PBSA, BTR and PRS properties both within the UK and abroad.

Jacob initially joined Fjeld as a Junior Analyst in 2016.

Grace Morgan

Grace Morgan, Principal Consultant

As former Head of Procurement for both iQ Student and Greystar, Grace (CIPS) has extensive experience in procurement and project mobilisation. She leads a team specialising in mobilisation, process improvement, procurement and ancillary income across Europe.

Ben Waters

Ben Waters, Chief Technical Officer

Ben joined Fjeld Consulting in 2018, following nearly two decades working as an IT consultant and system administrator for educational and financial institutions, as well as web development and data translation. He oversees the build and maintenance of all company infrastructure, along with the analysis of company data and development of our bespoke Business Intelligence platform.

Noah Gonzales

Noah Gonzales, Consultant

Having worked within Fjeld Consulting’s Financial Analysis team for three years, Noah is now part of the consultant team and focuses on contract procurement and tendering, process optimisation and shared savings. Noah has particular interest in facilities management, and has worked to ensure compliance and maintenance across numerous UK portfolios.

Georgie Williamson

Georgie Williamson, Junior Consultant

Georgie joined Fjeld Consulting after completing a degree in Spanish and Italian at the University of Edinburgh. She works with the Consultant team, focusing on enhanced mobilisation and the standardisation of procurement across BTR, PBSA and Co-Living portfolios. Georgie has a particular interest in our ongoing ESG programmes.

Nadeem Ahmed

Nadeem Ahmed, Consultant

The newest team member, Nadeem, brings a wealth of experience in sales, technology, operations, and property management. Working for businesses ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations in a variety of sectors, including Retail, PBSA, and Property letting.

An obsessive problem solver that strives for the most effective and scalable solutions possible, while continuously searching for the elusive “win-win” outcomes.
